Plans advance for expansion of Seasons at River View apartment complex in Pleasant Prairie
Amendments to plans to expand the Seasons at River View Apartments complex, located at 10906 Seasons Place in Pleasant Prairie, were recently approved by the village’s Plan Commission.
Milwaukee-based real estate development firm Fiduciary Real Estate Development Inc., which owns the development, is looking to add 100 market-rate apartment units across five, two-story buildings and create nine single-family lots for future development. In addition, 78th Street will be extended into a cul-de-sac.
These revised plans for phase two of the development were brought before the plan commission earlier this year after the developer pivoted from its original plans for senior housing at the site.
