Hi everyone! My name is Savannah Meyers, and I am the current Community Development Educator for UW Extension Kenosha County. I grew up in western Kenosha County, a proud alum from Wilmot Union High School. After graduating, I headed out to Madison, WI, to pursue a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from UW-Madison. When I began applying for jobs, I discovered a UW-Madison position available in Kenosha County, and I saw it as the perfect opportunity to give back to my community. In this position, I get to see the community in action and the amazing impact so many organizations are making for the residents of Kenosha County.

- Favorite way to be active? Burn Boot Camp in Kenosha! It is an incredibly welcoming workout environment that is tailored to fit everyone’s fitness needs. Plus, every camp is filled with encouragement and some of the best high-fives I have ever received.
