Hi, I’m Tony! I’m a professional facilitator who guides groups through conversation that matter that produce actionable outcomes. I cater to businesses, non-profits, education and the civic sector to name a few. You know those meetings where there is a lot of talking, but nothing gets done, I fix that!

I’m a transplant from Northern Illinois and I’ve made Kenosha County my home for the past 18 years. Yes, I’m a Chicago sports fan. I live in a farmhouse in Salem and enjoy the big piece of land to walk around and relax. I’m fueled by caffeine – coffee, tea, and Neuro gum, and music. I enjoy going to concerts, riding roller coasters, reading travel books, and cooking.
