Hey everyone! I’m Bethany Larsen, currently the Program Manager for gener8tor’s gBETA Kenosha program, where I support early-stage startups to grow and scale their businesses. My background is rooted in impact finance and social entrepreneurship, with experience managing both nonprofit and for-profit projects worldwide. My career journey has taken me from Kenosha to Rwanda to London and back, including roles such as a Small Business Consultant at WWBIC in Milwaukee and Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer at Charm Impact, a London-based investment platform provides venture debt to startups across Africa. I’m deeply passionate about local economic development and thrilled to leverage my skills and experiences right here in my hometown, Kenosha.
