240 luxury apartments planned on Kenosha’s south side
Kenosha could see 240 luxury apartments constructed on the city’s south side.
A Waukesha-based developer proposes Breeze Landing, which would feature 11 two-story apartment buildings with private garages and a clubhouse at a site west of 30th Avenue and north of 85th Street, according to a city staff report.
The 18.17-acre development, valued at an estimated $45 million and led by Red Sky Partners LLC, would include one-, two- and three-bedroom units, each with a private balcony or patio, city documents show.
The apartments would feature open layouts, large windows, walk-in closets, in-unit washers and dryers, designer cabinetry and energy-efficient appliances, according to a letter submitted by project architect Pure Architecture Studio.
