Continental Properties plans to bring its Springs apartment concept to the village of Bristol.

The Menomonee Falls-based developer proposes the Springs at Bristol, a 326-unit, garden-style apartment community at the southwest corner of 125th Avenue and 77th Street.

Plans call for 13 two-story structures with 20 units each and two three-story buildings with 33 units apiece. The Springs at Bristol would offer a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom market-rate apartments, according to village documents.

Amenities would include a 4,450-square-foot clubhouse along with an outdoor pool, a 24-hour fitness center, a pet washing station, a car care center and storage space.

Parking for 695 vehicles would include surface stalls, garage apron spaces and attached and detached garage spots.

Continental estimates $60 million in project costs, village materials show. The developer targets an August groundbreaking, and the Springs at Bristol could be completed in the first quarter of 2029.

The site is owned by Illinois-based AVMP Investments Corp. Continental Properties could not be reached for comment on whether the developer plans to acquire the land.

Under the proposal, the 40-acre parcel where the Springs at Bristol is planned would be divvied up into four areas, with approximately 25 acres dedicated to the multifamily footprint.

Ten acres would be set aside for future commercial development, with the balance held in conservancy or reserved for future public right-of-way access.
