City of Kenosha launches new website with AI capabilities

Category: Uncategorized

The City of Kenosha website has undergone a series of updates and is now live online.

City officials announced the change on Wednesday.

A donation of $40,000 from Uline allowed the city to incorporate an AI helper function into the website. The Contact Center AI will assist with routine tasks such as handling inquiries faster and enhancing service delivery to constituents. This innovative feature will greatly improve efficiency and convenience for residents.

“We are thrilled to launch this updated website as part of our ongoing efforts towards technological improvements,” Mayor David Bogdala said. “We are grateful for Uline’s generous donation which has allowed us to incorporate cutting-edge features that will greatly benefit our community.”

The revamped site features a new design and is projected to provide improved navigation and a better mobile phone experience, making it easier for residents to access information and services.

The home page of the website includes direct links for easy access to various services such as employment opportunities, permit applications, and online payments for bulk waste permits, park rentals, pool passes, water bills, among other services.

The new website is fully ADA compliant. “The City recognizes the importance of accessibility and is committed to ensuring that all residents can easily navigate and utilize the site,” city officials stated in a prepared release.

The updated website can be visited at www.kenosha.org and explore its user-friendly interface. Residents are encouraged to submit feedback on the bottom of the homepage with the Submit Feedback button or email [email protected].
